Privacy Policy

This policy explains what TRENDCOMPARE (PRIVATE) LIMITED (CUIN 0354647, Lahore, Pakistan) collects when you use trendcompare.co, and what happens to it.

What we collect

Account data: your email address and a hashed password. We never store passwords in plain text.

Tracking data: the competitor URLs you add, your store address if you import it, and the public page data our checks read from those URLs: price, stock status and product title. This is data from public web pages, not personal data.

Usage data: standard server logs (IP address, request time) kept for security and rate limiting.

Payment data: payments are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. Card numbers never touch our servers. Paddle shares with us only what we need to activate your plan, such as your subscription status.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and a counter cookie for the free checks on the homepage. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Emails

We send the emails you signed up for: the daily digest of price changes and account notices. Every digest carries a one click unsubscribe. Emails are delivered through Resend.

Who we share data with

Only the processors the service runs on: Paddle (billing), Resend (email delivery) and Cloudflare (traffic and security). We do not sell data, and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Retention and deletion

Account and tracking data are kept while your account exists. Email [email protected] to delete your account; we remove your account data within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax or accounting.
