Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and TRENDCOMPARE (PRIVATE) LIMITED, a company incorporated in Pakistan (CUIN 0354647) with its registered office in Lahore, Pakistan (“TrendCompare”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using trendcompare.co you accept them.

The service

TrendCompare tracks prices and stock on publicly available competitor product pages that you choose, and shows you how your own prices compare. Pages are checked on a schedule, and changes are summarised in the app and by email. Some sites block automated checks; we mark those pages as unsupported, they never count toward your plan limit, and we do not attempt to get around a site's blocks.

Your account

You are responsible for your login credentials and for what happens under your account. You may only track publicly accessible product pages, and you may not use the service for anything unlawful, to collect personal data, or in a way that disrupts the service or the sites being checked.

Plans, trial and limits

New accounts start with a 14 day free trial that does not require a card. Each paid plan includes a limit on tracked competitor URLs, shown on the pricing page. When a subscription ends, tracking pauses and your data is retained so an upgrade can resume it.

Billing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payments and handles billing, invoices, applicable taxes and refunds. Subscriptions renew monthly (or annually where arranged) until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for, and nothing more is charged. Some existing accounts in Pakistan pay by local wallet transfer confirmed manually; the same cancellation rules apply to them.

Our data and honesty rules

Prices shown come from the pages you track and from our own fashion price index. We present what a page actually said at the time it was read. We do not guarantee that a third party's page is accurate, and you remain responsible for your own pricing decisions.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can close your account at any time by emailing us.
