Try before you pay

Every plan starts with a 14 day free trial that does not require a card, so you can see exactly what you are buying before the first charge.

When we refund

If you were charged by mistake, charged after cancelling, or the service was materially not working for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of the charge and we will refund that payment in full. Tell us the account email and the approximate charge date; nothing else is needed.

How refunds are processed

Card payments are processed by Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for our orders, and refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days. Accounts in Pakistan that paid by local wallet transfer are refunded to the same wallet.

Cancelling instead

You can cancel any time from your billing page. Cancellation stops future charges; the period you already paid for keeps running to its end, so cancelling does not create a refund by itself.
